Ashok Hariharan:Co-Founder

With over nine years of valuable experience in the IT industry, Ashok has a deep understanding of web technologies, web applications and the emerging social web.

In his most recent position, Ashok worked with British Telecom defining high level strategy for the SaaS product line and operations.He has also served as a consultant to other start-ups in the internet space seeking to enter a new market or funding strategy.

Ashok has a Bachelors in Electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University (US) and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Tarun Varma: Director

Tarun manages operations at Gaboli and leads initiatives with partners and clients.

Before Gaboli, Tarun was part of a fast track general management programme at Tech Mahindra Ltd where he led teams as part of several multi million dollar critical deliveries and was part of core team setting up new offshore delivery centre for British Telecom’s Global Services arm in India.

Tarun holds an Economics honours degree from Delhi University.

Vineet Jawa: Co-Founder

Vineet has spent seven years in global software companies such as Novell and Tech Mahindra with a focus on web technologies.

He’s passionate about open source, Web 2.0 and the latest trends in the online industry. He has led transformation programmes in tier 1 telcos and successfully managed multi million dollar accounts. He has won awards for innovation in areas such as enterprise 2.0 and has incubated new practices in the areas of search engine activity, web analytics and visual design.

Vineet has a degree in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and a MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Amit Agarwal: Head, Strategic Initiatives

Amit manages Strategic Initiatives at Gaboli.

Before Gaboli, Amit was with RocSearch where he worked on consultative research projects for European consulting firms. He also worked with a consulting startup growing their audit arm.

Amit loves going hands on with open source software and is passionate about consultative technology solutions for traditional industries.

Amit is a CFA level 3 candidate and has a degree in Economics from Delhi University.
